Daily Report

A daily report is a field log documenting who was on site, what work was completed, materials used, safety observations, and any blockers encountered. It is the primary source of truth for project progress during construction.

In practice, daily reports are often sent by text, email, or photo from the foreman. Collating these into a consistent format is a significant PM task: and one that is highly automatable.

The Field Agent receives daily report inputs via SMS or email, extracts the key facts, and logs a structured entry to Supabase so the PM has a unified project timeline.
