Inspection Result

The inspection result is the outcome of an AHJ site visit, typically recorded as pass, fail, or conditional. A passed inspection clears the project for the next phase: often interconnection or PTO. A failed inspection requires corrections and re-inspection.

Inspection results are usually communicated by email or through a portal. Delays in reading and acting on these notifications can add days or weeks to a project schedule.

The Permit Agent monitors for inspection results, parses the status, and immediately updates the project record and PM channel so the team can act the same day.
